Key Accountabilities:Deal with current customers and respond to sales enquiries/complaints via phone calls/ e-mails / website / customer visits efficiently and effectively in line with established policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and increase customer loyalty to WE Data§ Acquire new customers and search for new leads to increase sales and hence revenues§ Ensure customers/VIP customers are aware of full range of WE DATA services/products/offers/renewals which may be relevant to their needs in order to increase sales and customer satisfaction§ Maintain good relationship with customers to ensure business continuity and growth§ Interact with senior sales executives and sales supervisors/account managers/section heads, keeping them informed of relevant enquiries and providing back up and administrative support to ensure efficiency of sales operations§ Ensure accurate completion of all sales related administrative details for efficiency§ Coordinate with billing involved departments to finalize the customer’s payment on the system§ Update sales leads and sales forecasts information on the sales application to ensure accuracy of information at all timesExperience & EducationEducation: § University DegreeExperience: § 0-2 years of experience
