About The RoleWe’re looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to accelerate revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strong client partnerships. This role focuses on identifying and unlocking opportunities across multiple sectors, with a strong emphasis on industries with high transaction volume and digital payment needs.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-deal growth.Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements, coordinating with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.Build and scale a strong pipeline through proactive outreach, partnerships, and market intelligence.Collaborate closely with product and technical teams to define client requirements, prioritize features, and streamline onboarding.Identify and develop new business opportunities across key sectors.Grow existing accounts by cross-selling and upselling relevant products and services.Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and expand market share.Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationship management and high satisfaction.Gather client feedback, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.Prepare and present business cases, reports, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within payments, fintech, or e-commerce. Strong understanding of payment solutions, digital transactions, and fintech ecosystems. Experience in business development, partnerships, and managing complex deal cycles.Ability to work with technical and product teams to drive solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-driven, proactive, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
