Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Entertainment Team Member located in Al Bahr al Ahmar, Egypt. In this role, you will engage with audiences by planning and performing entertainment activities, coordinating live shows, assisting in the creation of event concepts, and ensuring the successful execution of performances. Additional responsibilities may include working closely with other team members to develop engaging programs and ensuring a positive guest experience through dynamic and creative entertainment offerings. QualificationsExperience in event concept creation, performance planning, and implementing entertainment activitiesStrong skills in communication, collaboration, and audience engagementCreative thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm during performancesFlexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPrior experience in entertainment, events, or a related field is highly desirableFluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plusA positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong willingness to work as a part of a team
