Job Title: HSE ManagerWe are looking for you as early as possible as HSE Manager for DB-El Sewedy Railway Operation Egypt for the primary location Cairo, Egypt.The HSE Manager leads the Health, Safety and Environmental Workstream, being also the technical and administrative for the Workstream. The role focuses on managing the Health, Safety and Environmental Workstream, developing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements and ensuring implementation and compliance with these standards.Responsibilities:Provide a safe and secure environment for customers, staff and communities by incorporating proven standards of world-class safety focused on passenger and freight rail systems;Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, potential hazards, and threats, then develop and implement mitigation strategiesCreate and oversee crisis management and disaster preparedness plans, including emergency drills and response procedures.Design and implement comprehensive safety, security, and emergency preparedness programs for the entire organization.Implement the company's and customer's security and safety policies and procedures among employees, contractors, clients, and other third parties.Investigate all accidents and injuries, recommend and/or coordinate corrective actions.
