Environment, Health and Safety Manager

📍 Location: North Coast, EgyptWe are looking for a highly experienced HSE Manager to lead safety and health management on a major construction project on Egypt’s North Coast. This role requires strong leadership, excellent knowledge of construction safety standards, and experience working with PMC or consultant teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate all HSE activities on site.Conduct client safety audits and risk assessments.Review contractor safety procedures, ITPs, and site documentation to ensure compliance.Ensure daily site activities follow approved HSE procedures.Monitor contractor safety staff and laborers; issue non-compliance reports when required.Participate in project meetings and coordinate with other HSE managers.Support project close-out and safety reporting.Requirements:14+ years of experience.NVQ level 6 or above - Occupational Health and Safety Management.NEBOSH IGCISO 45001 Lead Auditor CertifiedISOO14001 Lead Auditor CertifiedNVQ Level 6 Diploma (or above) Occupational Health and Safety ManagementCertified Safety ProfessionalPMC/Consultant experience preferred.Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and construction safety practices.Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
