* Supervise and manage steel structure erection activities on site.* Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.* Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.* Monitor site progress and prepare progress reports.* Ensure compliance with quality and HSE standards. * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.* Minimum 2–4 years of experience in steel structure erection projects.* Previous experience in the Steel Structures industry is a must.* Strong knowledge of site execution, erection methodologies, and safety requirements.* Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.* Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
