This role focuses on driving system adoption, optimizing client processes, and delivering continuous value through financial insight and strong relationship management. The specialist acts as a key point of contact, aligning client needs with ERP capabilities to maximize satisfaction and retention.Primary ResponsibilitiesClient Onboarding & Data MigrationLead client onboarding, ensuring accurate system setup and successful data migration.Financial Analysis & AdvisoryUnderstand client business models, financial structures, and objectives.Provide tailored recommendations to improve financial processes and system usage.Client Success & PartnershipAct as a trusted partner to clients, supporting their ongoing success.Guide clients on best practices to maximize system value and efficiency.Implementation & Process OptimizationTranslate client workflows and financial data into effective system configurations.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with commercial, product, operations, and support teams to align on client needs and deliver solutions.Performance Monitoring & RetentionTrack client performance, system adoption, and engagement levels.Drive retention and client satisfaction through continuous follow-up and improvement.Risk Identification & Problem SolvingIdentify potential risks or inefficiencies and provide proactive, data-driven solutions.Support & Issue ResolutionManage client support tickets and ensure timely resolution.Maintain clear communication between clients and internal teams.Presales SupportSupport the commercial team during demos as an ERP subject matter expert.Analyze client needs and translate them into practical ERP use cases.Handle functional and technical questions during demos.Evaluate customization requests and advise on feasibility and product fit.Map client requirements to ERP features and modules.Document requirements to ensure smooth handover to onboarding teams.Core ValuesBeing a mazeeder, our promise to customers, internal teams, HR and Leadership is to demonstrate our core values in our daily interactions and quality of work:IntegrityCustomer ObsessionSimplicityGrowth MindsetInnovationEmpowermentEssential Skills And Qualifications1-3 years of experience in a customer facing role, capitalising on ERP experienceFinance or Accounting background.Advanced English communication skills (C1) is a must.Familiarity with ERP platforms (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).Understanding of financial reporting, data analysis, and ERP workflows.Basic understanding of data migration processes and ERP configuration steps.Desirable Skills And QualificationsProficient in Excel or knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.HubSpot Knowledge is a plus.
