Position Overview :This role focuses on providing robust support for software applications, ensuring optimal functionality, and enhancing user experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Software Developer and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and deliver exceptional service to end users.Key Responsibilities:Application Support: Provide front-end and back-end support for software applications, ensuring their functionality aligns with user needs.Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of application functionality, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with development teams to implement changes.Error Diagnosis: Establish root causes of application errors, escalating critical issues to the Software Developer as needed.Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for end users on system functionality, best practices, and application features.ERP Project Implementation: Leverage prior experience with ERP projects to ensure successful application rollouts and user adoption.Requirements Analysis: Analyze business requirements and translate them into system specifications to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Reporting Design: Utilize tools such as SSRS, Power BI, and Management Reporting Services within MS D365 to create and design reports that meet business needs.Communication & Problem Solving: Foster strong communication with clients and internal teams to address concerns, offer solutions, and enhance application performance.Qualifications:From 7-10 years of experience in application support role.Experience with Microsoft dynamic 365 ERP.Familiarity with various fields to support diverse business needs.Strong analytical skills and the ability to implement best practices in business processes.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.About EDECS:EDECS is a growing leading construction firm founded in 1995 with a successful track record in mega projects primarily in marine and infrastructure sectors.
