Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic ESP Field Engineer to join our team. As an ESP Field Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services related to Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) in the field of Oil & GasKey Responsibilities: Install, commission, and maintain Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems at client oilfield sitesConduct field diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs of ESP equipment to ensure optimal performanceCollaborate with clients and internal teams to plan and execute ESP deployment and intervention activitiesMonitor ESP system performance, collect operational data, and prepare detailed technical reportsEnsure all field operations comply with safety standards and company policiesTrain and mentor junior field technicians and engineers on ESP installation and maintenance proceduresLiaise with engineering and product support teams to resolve complex technical issuesMaintain accurate records of field activities, equipment usage, and maintenance schedulesParticipate in root cause analysis for equipment failures and recommend corrective actionsSupport continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance field processes and equipment reliabilityRequirementsJob Requirements:Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field3-5 years of hands-on experience with ESP systems in oilfield operationsStrong understanding of artificial lift systems and oil production processesProven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaborationWillingness to work in an on-site, field-based environment with frequent travel to remote locationsDemonstrated commitment to safety and adherence t to industry regulationsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressureProficiency in preparing technical documentation and field reportsFlexibility to work extended hours or on-call shifts as required by operational needs
