You will also provide leadership and guidance to teams, foster a culture of excellence, and drive the firm's strategic priorities to achieve desired outcomes.Role Purpose The Chief of Staff to the CEO serves as a strategic advisor and execution partner, responsible for ensuring that ETIC’s strategy is clearly defined, operationalized, and delivered with discipline across the organization. This role acts as the central coordination point (CEO Office), enabling the CEO to focus on external engagement, growth, and strategic direction, while ensuring strong governance, performance tracking, and alignment across the leadership team. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy Planning & Business Plan Development Support the CEO & leadership team in defining & preparing the annual business plan and strategic priorities. Structure and consolidate inputs across all functions. Translate leadership discussions into actionable plans. Ensure alignment between strategy, financial targets, and operations. 2. Board & Executive Governance Prepare Board and Leadership meetings including agendas, briefing materials, and decision packs. Attend meetings, capture decisions and actions, and ensure follow-up and closure. 3. Strategy Execution & Follow-Up Track execution of business plan initiatives and OKRs. Identify risks and dependencies. Drive accountability across leadership and escalate issues with recommendations. 4. Performance Management & KPI Oversight Oversee monthly KPI reporting. Ensure accuracy and clarity of insights. Highlight risks, trends, and required interventions to the leadership team 5. Executive Communication & Presentation Development Prepare executive presentations for board, leadership, and client engagements. Ensure clarity and consistency of messaging. 6. CEO Office Programs & Special Initiatives Lead CEO-sponsored programs including transformation initiatives and cross-functional priorities. Track delivery and outcomes. 7. Leadership Alignment & Stakeholder Management Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team. Enable alignment, structure decision-making, and support cross-functional collaboration. Candidate Profile 12–18+ years experience in strategy, consulting, or operational leadership roles. Strong business acumen, communication skills, execution discipline, and ability to influence senior stakeholders. Success Measures Clear business plan execution, effective board planning and decision governance, strong KPI visibility, improved decision-making speed, and full CEO visibility on priorities and risks.
