The role operates across multiple countries globally, requiring strong knowledge of local regulations, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to identify non-compliance risks early.Key ResponsibilitiesRegulatory Compliance Review•Review both Company and Individual documentation to ensure they meet the regulatory requirements specific to each country•Verify that case decisions, narratives, and supporting evidence align with local regulations and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)•Flag and document any instances of non-compliance for remediation and escalationCountry-Specific Regulatory Knowledge•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements for all assigned countries•Monitor and communicate regulatory changes that may impact case review processes or team SOPsDocumentation & Reporting•Ensure all compliance review findings are accurately documented with clear rationale•Produce regular compliance reports highlighting trends, recurring issues, and areas of concernEscalation & Risk Management•Identify and escalate high-risk compliance gaps or regulatory breaches to the Team Lead, SME, or relevant stakeholders•Assess the severity and potential impact of non-compliance findings and recommend corrective actionsQuality Assurance (QA) Support•Collaborate with the QA team to align compliance checks with quality review processes•Provide compliance-related input during Quality Huddles and team training sessions•Support the development and refinement of compliance-related SOPs and checklistsPublic Holiday & Weekend Coverage•Provide operational coverage during public holidays as required to ensure business continuity•Support weekend work during peak operational periods to meet client SLAs and deadlinesRequired Skills & Attributes•Excellent attention to detail with a compliance-first mindset•Ability to interpret and apply country-specific regulatory requirements•Strong analytical skills•Clear and precise written and verbal communication•Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure•Comfortable working public holidays and weekends during peak periods•Proactive in identifying risks and recommending solutions•Strong organizational skills with experience maintaining trackers and reports Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)Travel RequirementsNot SpecifiedAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?NoGovernment Clearance Required?NoJob Posting End Date
