Event Operations & Partnerships CoordinatorAbout the opportunityWe’re building an outcome-driven Entrepreneurship Summit connecting startups, investors, corporates, government (where relevant), and ecosystem partners through interactive formats (deal-making, showcases, roundtables, labs). We’re looking for a Partner to own the execution engine and scale the summit into a recurring flagship platform.Important: Equity-onlyThis is not a salaried job. This is a full-time co-founder/Director of Summit Operations & Partnerships opportunity compensated through equity only (no fixed salary). Equity terms will be agreed based on contribution, scope, and milestones.What you’ll own (end-to-end)Operations & production: master timeline, budget, suppliers/vendors, venue, floorplan, registration, staffing, onsite delivery, and run-of-show.Marketing & relations: summit positioning, campaign plan, content calendar, community/partner-driven growth, communications and PR support, driving registrations.Partnerships: secure and manage strategic partners (ecosystem, corporate, and government where relevant), co-marketing distribution, partner deliverables.Execution leadership: coordinate workstreams (ops, marketing, program support), manage agencies/freelancers, weekly reporting, risk management. What we’re looking forProven experience leading end-to-end event operations (summit/conference/expo) with strong delivery discipline.Strong stakeholder management and communications (partners, sponsors, speakers, vendors).Action-oriented, structured, and calm under pressure.Able to commit full-time (hybrid) with onsite leadership during key milestones and event week
