Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Sales Professional specializing in Events, located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and executing sales strategies tailored to the events industry. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role may also involve training clients or teams, conducting market analysis, and providing insights to improve services and offerings. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and build long-lasting relationships with clients effectively. Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets consistently. Skills in Training and mentoring to guide clients or team members towards success. Proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze the market and provide actionable insights. Strong negotiation and presentation skills to effectively articulate value to clients. Prior experience in the events or B2B sales industry is a bonus. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
