is looking for a highly professional, organized, and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Management team in a fast-paced cybersecurity and technology environment.This role is ideal for a candidate with strong experience in multinational companies, global technology firms, cybersecurity companies, consulting firms, or professional services organizations.The selected candidate will provide high-level administrative and executive support, manage communications, coordinate meetings, prepare professional documents, follow up on action items, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for senior leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct administrative support to the CEO, CISO, and Executive Management team.Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, reminders, and daily schedules.Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, invitations, meeting rooms, virtual meeting links, and follow-up actions.Prepare meeting minutes, executive notes, action trackers, and follow-up reports.Draft, review, and format professional emails, official letters, memos, reports, and business correspondence in English and Arabic.Prepare executive summaries, presentations, dashboards, and management reports.Organize and maintain confidential records, contracts, proposals, approvals, policies, and official correspondence.Coordinate with internal departments including Cybersecurity, IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Sales, and Operations.Support client, vendor, consultant, and stakeholder communication in a professional manner.Assist in travel arrangements, accommodation, logistics, and expense documentation when required.Support executive follow-up on business priorities, approvals, deadlines, and pending tasks.Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information and executive communications.Technical & Business Tools ExperienceThe ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including:Microsoft Outlook – calendar management, email coordination, meeting scheduling, and follow-up.Microsoft Word – official letters, reports, memos, policies, and professional documentation.Microsoft Excel – trackers, follow-up sheets, reports, basic analysis, dashboards, and data organization.Microsoft PowerPoint – executive presentations, client decks, management reports, and meeting materials.Microsoft Teams – virtual meetings, internal communication, file sharing, and stakeholder coordination.Microsoft SharePoint / OneDrive – document management, secure file sharing, version control, and organized record keeping.Experience with CRM systems is also required or strongly preferred, including platforms such as:SalesforceMicrosoft Dynamics 365HubSpotZoho CRMOr similar CRM platformsThe candidate should be able to update client records, track meetings, manage follow-up actions, prepare customer reports, support business development activities, and ensure CRM data is accurate and up to date.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, English, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or Executive Coordinator.Previous experience supporting C-level executives or senior management.Strong experience in international, technology-driven, cybersecurity, consulting, or professional services environments.Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.Strong ability to draft professional emails, formal letters, reports, meeting minutes, and executive summaries.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and business communication platforms.Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality of work.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Preferred ExperienceExperience in cybersecurity, IT, digital transformation, consulting, or technology services companies.Experience working with multinational companies or global corporate standards.Experience dealing with senior executives, board members, clients, vendors, and government-related
