Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Executive/Director.Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.Handle confidential documents and maintain organized filing systems.Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.Screen phone calls, emails, and other communications.Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments.Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings and events.Assist in personal tasks and ad-hoc projects when required.
