Your experience in business communication and stakeholder coordination will help you build strong relationships with senior leaders and teams.This role goes beyond administrative support, requiring strong ownership of end-to-end coordination, anticipation of business needs, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will work with autonomy and clear responsibilities, playing a key role in ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day operations while supporting broader business objectives.Your Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high level support to a small group of Partners and ExecutivesOwn and proactively manage complex calendars, travel and accommodation, ensuring alignment with business priorities and exercising judgment to resolve conflicts and re-prioritize as neededOwn and proactively manage inbox communications, including screening, responding, and ensuring timely follow-up and closure of key actionsPrepare expense claims and timesheets on a weekly basisActively manage communications and interactions with stakeholders, prioritizing competing demands, aligning expectations, and driving follow-ups to closureDraft, review, and manage communications including presentations, emails, reports, agendas and papers, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency in Partner messagingCoordinate client events, internal and external, as required within MENAAct as a key coordination point across teams, proactively managing priorities and ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelinesDevelop a strong understanding of engagement priorities and business context to support decision-making and anticipate requirementsSkills And Attributes For SuccessProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team membersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to address issues and competing prioritiesStrong judgment and decision-making capability in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage ambiguity and prioritize shifting workloads effectivelyHigh attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skillsProactive mindset with the confidence to challenge, re-prioritize, and escalate where neededClient-focused approach with the ability to build and influence long-term relationshipsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining ownership and accountabilityTo qualify for the role, you must haveA minimum of seven years of EA experience in the secretarial field, preferably within Big 4 firms or global companiesA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferredWhat We Look ForHighly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
