Job OverviewThe Executive Assistant to the General Manager serves as a strategic business partner, providing high-level executive support while coordinating cross-functional initiatives and ensuring the effective execution of business priorities. The role requires active participation in meetings, tracking action plans, monitoring project progress, and collaborating closely with all departments to support informed decision-making and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the General Manager's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and executive correspondence.Attend management and cross-functional meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.Track strategic initiatives and business projects, monitor progress, identify delays, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely execution.Coordinate with all departments to collect updates, resolve bottlenecks, and align activities with business objectives.Prepare executive reports, dashboards, presentations, and business summaries for management review.Analyze operational data and provide insights to support decision-making.Ensure that decisions made by the General Manager are effectively communicated and implemented across departments.Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of key organizational projects.Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information and executive documentation.Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.Act as a central communication point between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.6–8 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, PMO, Business Analyst, or similar role.Experience working with senior executives in a fast-paced environment is preferred.Skills & CompetenciesStrong project coordination and follow-up skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Outstanding organizational and time management skills.Ability to understand technical and operational business discussions.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Excellent report writing and presentation skills.High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or Jira) is an advantage.High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
