Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, based in Cairo. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, managing the executive’s calendar, coordinating meetings, preparing expense reports, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. The role also involves handling confidential information and acting as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. QualificationsProficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support, including managing high-level correspondence and undertaking confidential tasks.Strong skills in Diary Management and the ability to effectively coordinate and schedule meetings, travel, and appointments.Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports and handling financial documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.Proficiency in general Administrative Assistance, ensuring smooth workflows and effective office management.Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.Proficiency with office software tools such as MS Office Suite, scheduling tools, and task management applications.Prior experience supporting C-suite executives or senior management is highly desirable.
