We are looking for a highly experienced Executive Chef to lead and manage full kitchen operations for a large-scale F&B destination (island concept) that includes multiple restaurants, kitchens.The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food production, maintaining cost efficiency, and building a strong kitchen team while being hands-on during operations when needed. 8–12 years of experience in F&BPrevious experience as Executive Chef or Senior Sous ChefStrong experience in multi-outlet / high-volume operationsProven knowledge of cost control & menu engineeringExperience in restaurant groups, resorts, or large F&B operationsStrong leadership and team management skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage large teamsHands-on mindset (not only managerial)
