Together, we embody the vision of responsible hospitality.Take the opportunity to become a Heartist®, and let your heart guide you in this world where life beats faster.Job DescriptionLead and oversee daily Housekeeping and Laundry operationsEnsure all guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards and guest expectationsMaintain strong collaboration with Front Office, Engineering, and F&B teamsMonitor inventory, cost control, and departmental budgetsManage suppliers, contractors, and pest control programsDrive sustainability initiatives (energy saving, waste management)Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns with professionalismEnsure VIP rooms are prepared and inspected to the highest standardsOversee Lost & Found procedures and internal controls (linen, uniforms, keys)Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with operational standardsLead, train, and develop the Housekeeping team to maximize performance and engagementSupport recruitment, onboarding, and retention of team membersQualificationsDegree in Hospitality Management or related field5–7 years of experience in Housekeeping within 4–5 star hotelsStrong leadership and team management skillsDetail-oriented with a passion for excellence in guest serviceSolid understanding of housekeeping operations, budgeting, and quality standardsAbility to work collaboratively across departmentsAdditional InformationWe are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
