ResponsibilitiesExecutive SupportManage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and executive briefings.Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders.Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Operations & CoordinationTrack strategic initiatives and follow up with departments on deliverables and deadlines.Assist in monitoring company KPIs and preparing executive dashboards.Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure alignment between departments.Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts.Market Research & ReportingConduct market and competitor research to support business decisions.Prepare reports, analyses, and executive summaries for leadership review.Gather and organize business intelligence related to industry trends and opportunities.Communication & Brand SupportEnsure consistency and professionalism in executive communications.Support the preparation of company announcements, presentations, and leadership messages.Coordinate with the marketing team on executive branding initiatives and corporate events.Documentation & AdministrationMaintain organized records of executive documents, reports, and presentations.Track key decisions, approvals, and follow-up actions.Support administrative tasks related to contracts, vendors, and business correspondence.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in Executive Assistance, Business Operations, Project Coordination, or a similar role.Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).Strong hands-on experience using AI-powered productivity and business tools to improve efficiency, research, content creation, reporting, and communication. ( ChatGPT,Claude,Gemini,Microsoft Copilot,etc )Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.Experience preparing executive reports, presentations, and business documentation.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.High level of professionalism and confidentiality.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience working directly with senior leadership is a plus.Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and business reporting tools is preferred.
