Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ringwood, NJ. The selected candidate will handle tasks including calendar and diary management, arranging meetings, managing correspondence, and performing clerical duties. The role also involves maintaining effective communication, coordinating schedules, and supporting the day-to-day activities of senior executives. Qualifications Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative AssistanceExperience with Diary Management and task prioritizationExcellent Communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Clerical Skills such as organizing files, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing correspondenceDetail-oriented with excellent time-management and problem-solving skillsProficiency in office software tools and technologyPrior experience in handling executive-level responsibilities is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or qualifications in administration are a plus
