Manage the Managing CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes when required.Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, letters, and phone calls.Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office applications.Coordinate internal and external communications .Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company information and executive matters.Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operation of the executive office.
