Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system.Job Code : 2024OPER-257Job Qualifications:Identify and evaluate potential locations for new branches, hubs, or facilities based on business requirementsConduct market research and feasibility studies, including competitor analysis, demographics, and site potentialCoordinate site visits, surveys, and assessments for prospective locationsNegotiate lease terms and agreements with landlords and property owners in coordination with management and legal teamsManage the end-to-end expansion process, including planning, execution, and opening activitiesCoordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Facilities, Finance, HR, and Procurement to ensure smooth project executionMonitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time completionLiaise with contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders regarding fit-out, renovation, and setup activitiesJob Responsibilities:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field3-5 years of experience in expansion, project management, facilities, real estate, or a related fieldExperience in logistics, retail, or multi-site operations is preferredStrong negotiation and stakeholder management skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong project management and organizational skillsWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
