Job Title: Experienced Female Shadow Teacher (KG1) - 6th of October / Sheikh ZayedJob DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated, patient, and experienced Female Shadow Teacher to support a 5-year-old boy during his transition into KG1. The student has ADHD and is currently non-verbal, requiring a professional who can provide both behavioral support and communication guidance within a school setting.Accompany the child during school hours to facilitate classroom integration.Implement behavioral management strategies tailored for ADHD.Support the child’s communication development using specialized techniques.Act as a bridge between the class teacher and the student to ensure academic and social progress.Monitor and report on the child’s daily performance and milestones. Gender: Female (Required).Language: Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.Experience: Proven experience working with children with special needs, specifically ADHD and Speech/Language delays.Skills: Strong understanding of non-verbal communication; background in Speech Therapy is highly preferred.Location: Must be a resident of 6th of October City or Sheikh Zayed.Qualities: High level of patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for child development.
