The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and managing travel arrangements while delivering exceptional customer service.Job DescriptionHandle inbound and outbound travel bookings.Design travel itineraries based on clients' requirements.Book flights, hotels, transportation, and travel packages.Provide customers with travel advice and destination information.Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers.Resolve travel-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.Meet sales and service targets. Job RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience as an Inbound & Outbound Travel Consultant.Strong knowledge of international and domestic travel destinations.Experience using travel reservation systems (GDS is a plus).Excellent communication and customer service skills.Very Good English language proficiency.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings.
