Job SummaryThe Export Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring the efficient execution of export operations from purchase order to final delivery. Acting as the primary liaison for international customers, this role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages export documentation and logistics activities, and proactively resolves operational challenges to ensure timely and compliant shipments.RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the main point of contact for international distributors and customers.Manage export orders from purchase order receipt through to final delivery.Provide customers with regular updates on shipment status.Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.Handle and resolve customer complaints related to deliveries.Follow up on export permits and ensure all shipping documentation is complete and compliant.Escalate supply chain or logistics risks to management when necessary.REQUIREMENTSMinimum 5 years of experience in Export Operations and Customer Service.Strong knowledge of export processes, logistics, and Incoterms.Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar.Experience within the pharmaceutical, vaccine, or healthcare industry is highly preferred.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.BENEFITSSocial, Medical and Life InsurancePension CoverageProfit ShareQuarterly Balanced Scorecard
