Coordinate and manage export shipments from booking through to final delivery, ensuring smooth and timely executionLiaise effectively with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to secure bookings and resolve operational mattersPrepare, review, and validate all export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), Certificates of Origin, Form 13, and other required documentsEnsure full compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and internal company policiesMonitor vessel schedules, cargo readiness, and port cut-off dates to avoid delays or penaltiesTrack shipment status proactively and resolve any operational issues, including delays, documentation discrepancies, or clearance challengesMaintain accurate and timely data entry within ERP systems to ensure visibility and reporting accuracyReview and validate freight and logistics invoices prior to submission to the Finance teamCollaborate cross-functionally with Warehouse, Planning, Sales, and Finance teams to align shipment schedules and operational priorities Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field4–7 years of proven experience in export logistics, preferably within manufacturing.Strong knowledge of international shipping processes and Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.)Solid understanding of export documentation requirements, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and Form 13Hands-on experience with customs clearance procedures and Egyptian export regulationsProven ability to coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokersStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage shipment delays, documentation issues, and operational challenges
