Export Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Export Manager to join our growing Trading firm. This role is critical to expanding our international market presence and ensuring compliance with export regulations. You will lead the development and execution of export strategies, manage relationships with global partners, and oversee the logistics of our construction materials and services. If you are passionate about international trade and construction, we want to hear from you!RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement export strategies to increase international market penetration.Manage export operations including documentation, shipping, and compliance with regulations and standards.Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and stakeholders.Analyze market trends and adjust export strategies accordingly to maximize opportunities.Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods and services to international markets.Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and production, to prepare for export activities.Monitor and report on export performance metrics and troubleshoot any issues that arise.Ensure adherence to both domestic and international export regulations and guidelines.Background in fruit and frozen is must .REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in export management, preferably within the construction industry.Strong understanding of export regulations and documentation processes.Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to develop and maintain relationships with international clients and stakeholders.Strong analytical skills and market research capabilities.Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
