Job Description:-Manage to obtain competitive rates and Coordinate export bookings with shipping lines and follow up on confirmations and container release.-Arrange container movement (pick-up, stuffing, and gate-in) and ensure timely vessel loading.-Coordinate with customs clearance team to ensure smooth and timely processing of shipments.-Monitor shipment progress, resolve operational and customs-related issues, and maintain workflow efficiency.-Follow up on customer payments and ensure document release (HBL/MBL) after full settlement.-Coordinate with finance for payment reconciliation and control operational costs.-Prepare, review, and issue all export documentation (B/L, invoices, packing list, certificate of origin, etc.).-Ensure accuracy of shipment details (HS code, Incoterms, consignee information).-Issue invoices/debit notes via system and share documents with shippers and agents on time.Requirements:-Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.-Minimum 2 years of experience within freight forwarding.-Strong knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, HS codes, and shipping procedures.-Experience dealing with shipping lines, customs clearance, and freight agents.-Good understanding of payment terms, invoicing, and cost control.-Proficiency in MS Office and freight forwarding systems.
