The Export Sales Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing international sales operations, ensuring seamless execution of export transactions, logistics coordination, and compliance with international trade laws. This role focuses on customer relationship management, market expansion, and resolving operational challenges to enhance Minlo’s global presence. The position works closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive export growth, optimize logistics, and maintain strong client partnerships.1. Know-How SectionManage export operations, ensuring timely and accurate documentation preparation (e.g., invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin).Communicate with international clients to understand requirements, provide shipment updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.Monitor and manage inventory levels to fulfil export orders efficiently.Identify new market opportunities and support expansion initiatives to enhance Minlo’s international presence.Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export control laws, and documentation requirements.Resolve operational challenges related to damaged goods, or payment issues.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute export strategies.Maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners.Support team members in achieving sales targets and implementing new sales tactics. 2.
