Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 6–8 years of experience in export sales or international business development, with at least 4 years in a managerial or leadership role.Strong knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, international shipping, and logistics operations.Proven experience managing international markets such as Africa, GCC, or Europe.Strong expertise in market research, sales forecasting, and international market expansion strategies.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required.
