Convert active pasta importers and private label buyers from competitor manufacturers to Rosso.Use existing personal relationships and market reputation to open doors and close deals quickly.Build and manage a high-value pipeline of volume-driven importers, supermarket groups, and food trading companies.Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, packaging, specifications, and volumes within approved commercial frameworks.Drive private label manufacturing contracts for retailers and large importers.Secure repeat orders and long-term supply agreements from newly acquired clients.Deliver fast revenue growth in Africa through aggressive account acquisition. 7+ years of experience in export sales of pasta .Currently working (or recently worked) with a major pasta manufacturer .Proven track record of closing large-volume importer and private label deals.Strong, active network of African importers, distributors, and supermarket buyers.Demonstrated ability to move accounts from one supplier to another.Commercially aggressive, deal-driven, and results oriented.
