A leading company in the agricultural export sector is seeking a results-oriented Export Sales Specialist specializing in Fresh Citrus. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in international trade to join our team in Gleem, Alexandria. Key Responsibilities:Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new international markets to acquire high-value B2B clients.Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term loyalty and business growth.Sales Growth: Execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed export targets for our citrus product line. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Fresh Produce export sales, with a strong focus on the Citrus category.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Agriculture, or a related field.Language Proficiency:  Native Arabic speaker.Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must.Fluency in a second foreign language (e.g., Russian, Spanish, or French) is highly preferred.Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of international trade regulations, Incoterms, shipping procedures, and food safety standards for fresh exports.Sales Skills: Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of acquiring new international B2B clients.Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel for sales tracking and Outlook for professional correspondence).Personal Attributes:Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet strict export deadlines.Highly organized with attention to detail regarding shipping documentation.Location: Must be a resident of Alexandria.
