Join our growing network and lets make a differenceJob Responsibilities: Develop and manage the export sales strategy to achieve sales targets and business growth.Identify potential international markets and expand the company’s presence in targeted regions.Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and key stakeholders.Negotiate and close sales deals with overseas customers while ensuring profitability and compliance with international trade regulations.Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely production, inventory management, and shipping of export orders.Collaborate with the finance team to manage payment terms, pricing strategies, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review.Manage export documentation, including customs clearance, shipping arrangements, and compliance with international trade laws.Provide after-sales support and address any issues related to product quality, delivery, or customer satisfaction.Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Business, commerce…etc)3 - 5 Years of Experience in Export Sales.Experience in Export of Agricultural Crop/Food products (Bulk & Packaged) Track record of lead generation & closing deals Strong proficiency in Export DocumentationFluency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plusAbility to work effectively across multicultural environments and manage multiple markets.
