Position Summary The Sales Supervisor is a key strategic role responsible for accelerating market share and driving sustainable growth across the GCC. Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will manage high-value distributor relationships, align regional demand with operational capacity, and ensure Hero’s premium brand standards are maintained across all touchpoints in the GCC. Core Responsibilities:Sales & Growth Strategy: Achieve annual sales targets by optimizing current customer performance and identifying strategic entry points for new business. Demand Planning: Translate GCC market intelligence into accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts to ensure supply chain alignment. Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage market-specific budget files, monitoring promotional ROI and commercial spends. Operational Excellence: Act as the primary liaison between regional distributors and internal departments (Logistics, Planning, Quality, and Finance) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.Client Satisfaction: Supervise the resolution of customer complaints and logistical hurdles, ensuring a high level of service excellence.Market Alignment: Coordinate with R&D to adapt packaging and product attributes to meet specific GCC regulatory standards and consumer tastes.Registration & Compliance: Manage the documentation and technical analysis required for product registration in new and existing GCC territories.Business Intelligence: Deliver data-driven monthly business reviews to the executive management team, identifying risks and opportunities. Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or an equivalent accredited field. Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in Sales or Business Development within the FMCG sector.Regional Expertise: Prior experience or familiarity with the GCC market landscape is highly preferred.Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for budget management and data analysis. Key Competencies:Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.Deep understanding of export logistics, incoterms, and regional compliance.Analytical mindset with the ability to turn raw IMS data into strategic insights.A collaborative, "leadership-by-example" approach.
