Export Sales Specialist is responsible for developing and managing international sales activities for the company's pet food products. The role focuses on identifying new export opportunities, building relationships with distributors and customers, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets across assigned international markets.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute export sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.Identify and develop new international markets, distributors, and business opportunities.Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distributors.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with international clients.Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth export operations.Prepare export quotations, sales forecasts, and market reports.Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings.Ensure compliance with export regulations and country-specific requirements.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.Monitor sales performance and recommend corrective actions when needed.
