This role includes planning audits, assessing risks, supervising fieldwork, and reviewing workpapers and reports to ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements. The External Audit Manager will analyze financial statements, evaluate internal controls, and provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve financial reporting and governance. Daily tasks involve coordinating audit teams, mentoring junior staff, managing engagement timelines and budgets, and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and status updates. The role also contributes to quality control initiatives, supports business development activities, and stays current with accounting and auditing standards to uphold UNITED’s commitment to excellence.QualificationsStrong technical expertise in Accounting and Finance, with the ability to interpret complex transactions and apply relevant standards.Proficiency in reviewing and analyzing Financial Statements, including consolidation, disclosures, and compliance with IFRS or local GAAP.Demonstrated experience in conducting Financial Audits, including risk assessment, audit planning, execution, and reporting.Advanced Analytical Skills to assess financial data, identify trends and anomalies, and develop well-supported conclusions.Relevant professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.Previous experience in external audit at a professional services or advisory firm, with proven ability to lead audit teams and manage multiple engagements.Strong communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to present complex issues clearly to both financial and non
