ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage the alterations program, processes, and workflowsReview alteration requests, drawings, and approvals prior to executionPlan project schedules, resources, and cost estimatesSupervise engineers, supervisors, and contractors executing alteration worksEnsure compliance with construction, safety, and community regulationsCoordinate with Design, Facility Management, Community Relations, and FinanceMonitor site progress and resolve technical or coordination issuesManage contracts, variations, and contractor performanceCommunicate with homeowners regarding timelines, requirements, and progressOversee snagging, inspections, and project handover documentationTrack KPIs, budgets, and prepare management reportsDrive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiativesEducation & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in civil/architectural/construction engineering (or related field)15–18 years of experience in construction/fit-out/project managementExperience dealing with residential/community alteration projects preferredFunctional CompetenciesProject and construction managementFit out/alteration technical knowledgeContract & vendor managementBudgeting and cost controlCustomer communication & expectation managementRisk, safety & compliance oversightPlanning, scheduling & reportingLeadership and team supervision
