Façade Production Engineer

Review approved shop drawings, project specifications, and production schedules before fabrication.Plan and coordinate daily production activities for aluminum facade systems, curtain walls, windows, doors, and related products.Supervise production teams and ensure work is performed according to approved procedures and quality standards.Monitor fabrication processes including cutting, machining, assembly, glazing preparation, and finishing operations.Ensure compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and company quality procedures.Coordinate with the design, engineering, procurement, and project management teams to resolve technical and production issues.Optimize production workflows to improve efficiency, reduce material waste, and increase productivity.Prepare production plans and allocate manpower, machinery, and resources effectively.Conduct inspections and quality checks throughout the production process.Investigate production non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate with procurement for material availability.Ensure all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and operating safely.Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations within the factory.Prepare production reports, progress updates, and performance metrics for management review.Support continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles and best practices. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.3–7 years of experience in aluminum facade, curtain wall, or architectural aluminum manufacturing.Strong understanding of aluminum facade systems, fabrication methods, and assembly processes.Experience reading and interpreting architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.Knowledge of quality management systems and production planning techniques.Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Experience with AutoCAD and aluminum facade software is preferred.Skills and Competencies:Production planning and scheduling.Team leadership and supervision.Problem-solving and analytical skills.Quality control and inspection techniques.Knowledge of facade systems and aluminum fabrication processes.Strong communication and coordination skills.Time management and ability to work under pressure.Continuous improvement mindset and attention to detail
