We are committed to:ExcellenceResponsibilityEmpowermentConnectivityCourageJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Facade Design Engineer to develop, design, and deliver high-quality façade systems for various building projects. The role involves creating detailed façade designs, coordinating with architects and consultants, preparing engineering calculations, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of façade materials, systems, and building physics.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & EngineeringDevelop façade concepts and detailed designs using AutoCAD, Revit, and related tools.Prepare structural and thermal calculations for façade systems (aluminum, curtain wall, cladding, glazing, etc.).Review architectural drawings and identify façade design requirements.Select appropriate façade materials and systems based on project needs.Produce fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and installation details.Coordination & CommunicationWork closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to finalize technical solutions.Support project managers in resolving technical issues on-site.Participate in technical meetings and design workshops.Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure design feasibility.Quality & ComplianceEnsure designs comply with building codes, facade engineering standards, and safety regulations.Review and approve material samples, mock-ups, and testing results.Ensure all deliverables meet project timelines and quality requirements.Site SupportConduct site visits to inspect façade installations.Provide technical recommendations and resolve façade-related issues during construction.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.3–7 years of experience in façade design (depending on seniority level).Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, aluminum profiles, cladding, glazing, and related materials.Proficiency in façade design software: AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino/Grasshopper (optional), and structural analysis tools.Familiarity with international façade standards (ASTM, BS, EN, etc.).Understanding of building physics (thermal performance, wind load, acoustics, waterproofing).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with 3D modelling for complex geometry facades.Knowledge of BIM workflows.Experience working with façade testing labs.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Kind Note:** While we carefully review all applications, only candidates who meet the specified requirements will be contacted for further consideration.
