The Facebook Page Moderator will be responsible for managing and monitoring the brand's social media presence on Facebook, responding to customer comments and inquiries, and fostering a positive online community. Additional responsibilities include handling complaints professionally, escalating issues as needed, and maintaining a consistent brand voice in all interactions. Qualifications Social Media Management and knowledge of Facebook platform features Effective Written Communication, Excellent Grammar, and Quick Typing Skills Conflict Resolution, Problem-Solving, and Customer Service Skills Familiarity with Content Moderation Tools and Community Management Practices Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work setting Proficiency in collecting feedback and reporting recurring issues to relevant teams Bachelor's degree Experience in e-commerce or fashion industry is advantageous but not required
