Collaborate with talented individuals, harness the support of unparalleled resources, and enjoy the journey as you grow both personally and professionally.Job PurposeThe Facility Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting facility management operations, maintenance activities, contractor supervision, vendor management, and technician follow ups.What You Will Be DoingThis position has the authority to:Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities.Follow up and monitor contractor performanceFollow up vendors operation and finance relevant.CAFM operationEnsure compliance with facility procedures and standards.Follow up client requests (orders/tickets)Prefer to knowKnowledge of local HSE regulations, fire safety standards and environmental compliance requirements.Knowledge of energy management principles and utility cost optimization.Knowledge of maintenance planning, asset lifecycle management and reliability practices.SLA’s and KPI’sWhat you will bringBachelor’s degree in engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in facility management, coordination.Knowledge of CAFM systems is an advantageVery good command in English (Spoken, written)
