Assign and schedule work tasks with other facility technicians in a team-oriented environment, and perform initial evaluations of building systems and distribute work assignments.Evaluate team members’ individual performances to ensure quality operations, and investigate any and all accidents caused by team members, and prepare relevant reports.Participate in external projects to ensure that they are carrying out according to plan and within the agreed quality measures and report the progress during all phases.Participate in external projects with the project management team in the design and execution of the civil works and responsible for the civil finishes hand over in the final phase of the projects.Work with another engineering departments to evaluate needs for all work requests, both scheduled and unscheduled as well as any special projects that arise.Coordinate and follow up on preventative maintenance for sanitary plumbing, and any other maintenance related works inside the buildings.Plan projects to complete assigned tasks, and coordinate and follow up on incidental carpentry, masonry, and painting and plaster work.       Review and maintain facility maintenance logs and facility maintenance budgets, and complete any and all documentation necessary to the completion of a task.Maintain, operate all sanitary plumbing systems, and building repairs.Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations.Comply with all safety procedures and requirements.Support any afterhours building needs and activities as required.Handling and updating of building relevant documents (Plumbing, Civil, documentation).Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken.Monitor safety programs to eliminate industrial accidents and follow up, maintain and ensure implementation of safety instructions and requirements in plant.Formulate and recommend technical training programs based on knowledge of identified training needs, company production processes or changes in products, procedures or services.Follow up, maintain and ensure implementation of GLP, GMP and GDP rules.Enforce subordinates' participation and implementation of the EHS management system. Bachelor’s degree in engineering.From 5 to 8 years in civil and finishing works in a pharmaceutical industry.Strong leadership skills and excellent working knowledge of maintenance and Civil Works.Ability to perform ‎Facility maintenance checks and investigations of Facility problems.Excellent English, verbal / written communicationAbility to work well through othersExcellent computer skills.
