The Facility Management Lead at Nawy Real Estate is responsible for the oversight and management of all facilities-related activities, ensuring that the built environment supports the organization's operational objectives. This role focuses on maintaining a safe, efficient, and sustainable facility that meets the needs of tenants and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement facility management strategies and procedures to enhance operational efficiencyOversee building maintenance, repairs, and routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standardsCoordinate and manage facility upgrades, renovations, and improvement projects from conception to completionEnsure that all facility services, including janitorial, landscaping, and security, are performed to a high standardManage relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure the delivery of quality services and timely response to maintenance requestsMonitor facility budgets, track expenditures, and optimize resource allocationConduct regular audits and assessments of facility operations to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savingsEnsure the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies across all facilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for all facility-related inquiries and concerns from tenants and staffRequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience in facilities management or property managementProven experience in managing teams and overseeing facility operationsStrong knowledge of building systems, maintenance best practices, and safety regulationsExcellent organizational and project management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagementAbility to assess and manage budgets effectively
