The Facility Management Team Leader at Nawy Real Estate is responsible for leading and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the facility management team. This role ensures that all facility operations are conducted efficiently, maintenance issues are addressed promptly, and service quality meets organizational standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and guide the facility management team to perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections effectivelyCoordinate work schedules and assign tasks to team members to ensure adequate coverage and timely completion of activitiesMonitor the condition of buildings and equipment, and report on maintenance needs to senior managementEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within all managed facilitiesLiaise with vendors and contractors to arrange necessary external services and oversee their work qualityMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and incidentsSupport the implementation of facility upgrades, renovations, and sustainability initiativesProvide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performanceRequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field3-5 years of experience in facility management or maintenance roles with leadership responsibilitiesStrong knowledge of building systems, maintenance processes, and safety standardsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage and motivate a team effectivelyProficient in using facility management software and tools
