Oversee the maintenance and operation of all facility infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.Ensure that operational systems function optimally and meet regulatory standards.Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and emergency response plans.Ensure the facility’s infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, water supply, and building structures, is properly maintained and functioning.Oversee the inspection, repair, and upgrade of physical infrastructure to meet operational needs and safety regulations.Coordinate with external contractors for major infrastructure projects, including construction, renovations, and system upgrades.Monitor energy consumption and recommend infrastructure improvements to enhance efficiency and sustainability.Ensure effective coordination between the facilities team and other departments.Manage office space planning and ensure a comfortable work environment for all employees.Conduct regular team meetings and training on safety, operations, and compliance procedures.Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.Oversee procurement processes for facility services, including negotiating contracts and managing budgets.Develop and manage the facility’s operating budget.Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining the quality and safety of operations.Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices.Evaluate and recommend upgrades to improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is a must.+15 years of experience in facilities management.Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial, industrial, or corporate facilities.Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance.Familiarity with safety regulations.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Budget management and cost-control expertise.Proficient in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.A proactive and detail-oriented approach to facility operations.
