Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is a must.+15 years of experience in facilities management.Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial, industrial, or corporate facilities.Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance.Familiarity with safety regulations.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Budget management and cost-control expertise.Proficient in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.A proactive and detail-oriented approach to facility operations.
