Oversee all factory operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiency are consistently achieved.Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules in line with local and export market demand.Monitor and manage ERP systems to ensure smooth workflow and accurate production tracking.Supervise production, quality, and maintenance teams while ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.Analyze production challenges and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to enhance performance.Prepare and submit periodic production, KPI, and performance reports to senior management.Manage and oversee industrial refrigeration and HVAC systems to maintain product quality and cold chain integrity. Minimum 15 years of experience in managing food manufacturing factories, Frozen fruits & vegetables industry is a must.Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards (HACCP, ISO 22000).Proven leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.High proficiency in ERP systems and production management tools.Full technical knowledge of industrial refrigeration and HVAC systems.
