We are currently hiring a Female Call Center Agent to join our growing team in a professional customer service environment.Job Description:Handle both inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries related to aviation training programs and services.Provide clear and accurate information regarding course details, schedules, fees, and enrollment procedures.Deliver prompt and effective solutions to customer issues while maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times.Record and update all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.Follow up with prospective students to support a smooth application and enrollment process.Coordinate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex customer cases when needed.Achieve daily and monthly call targets and meet performance KPIs.Participate in continuous training sessions to stay updated on aviation programs and customer service standards.Collect customer feedback and share insights to help improve service quality.Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with company policies and procedures.
