The Field & Partner Marketing Specialist will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of regional field and partner marketing programs that generate measurable business outcomes. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end marketing initiatives with a strong focus on event delivery, lead quality, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution.Partnering closely with Sales, Partnerships, Business Units, and external technology alliances, the specialist will transform business priorities into impactful marketing campaigns that support ZainTECH's strategic growth plans. The ideal candidate should possess strong execution capabilities, business acumen, and a data-driven mindset to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI.Responsibilities:Field & Partner Marketing ProgramsOrganize and manage 10-12 field and partner marketing activities each quarter across designated regions. Develop and execute integrated field marketing campaigns that support immediate pipeline targets as well as long-term business objectives. Coordinate a variety of engagement formats, including Executive roundtables, Leadership dinners, Webinars, Roadshows, Partner-driven workshops and events Cross-Functional & Partner CollaborationWork collaboratively with Sales, Partnerships, SDR teams, and Business Units to align marketing activities with commercial goals. Execute joint marketing campaigns with key technology partners such as AWS, Microsoft, ISVs, Other strategic alliance partners Liaise with agencies, vendors, venues, and external stakeholders to ensure successful event and campaign executionDemand Generation & Lead ManagementSupport Sales and SDR teams with Target account selection, Invitation and attendee management, Event participation tracking, Post-event engagement activities Ensure proper lead capture, qualification, and timely transfer to Sales teams. Contribute to pipeline acceleration and opportunity nurturing through targeted field initiativesCampaign Performance & ROI AnalysisMeasure and report on marketing performance indicators, including Revenue influenced and closed, Pipeline contribution, SQL generation, Registration-to-attendance conversion, Lead-to-SQL conversion metrics Maintain accurate CRM records, dashboards, reports, and campaign trackers. Evaluate campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities to improve marketing effectivenessOptimization & Best PracticesAnalyze underperforming initiatives and recommend enhancements in Messaging, Audience segmentation,Event structure, Campaign execution Use performance data and business insights to improve marketing investments and outcomes.
